Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
Invoker is currently offered as a beta service. This document governs your use of that beta and may be updated as the product develops; your continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.
1. Who we are
Invoker is operated by Thunder Bluff LLC (“Invoker”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected]. Our mailing address is 701 Tillery Street, Unit 12 #2294, Austin, TX 78702, USA.
2. What Invoker does
Invoker is a Twitch extension and creator dashboard. It lets viewers gather around an Invoke Stone, start and participate in callback rituals, and signal an offline creator that their community is waiting. Creators configure how rituals work and can receive alerts.
3. Information we collect
To run the service, we may process:
- Twitch account and channel identifiers;
- Twitch display name and login where available;
- creator dashboard settings;
- ritual / invoke state — participation, timestamps, thresholds, and outcomes;
- viewer participation events needed to run the extension;
- Bits-related transaction references or entitlement metadata when applicable — never payment card details;
- a Discord webhook URL, if a creator chooses to configure alerts;
- technical data such as logs, IP-derived security signals, browser/device metadata, and error reports.
4. How we use information
- to authenticate creators via Twitch;
- to operate Invoker rituals and the Invoke Stone;
- to power the creator dashboard and settings;
- to deliver Discord alerts when a creator connects a webhook;
- to provide support;
- to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
- for analytics and to improve the service.
Legal bases (EEA/UK). Where data protection law such as the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data to perform our contract with you (operating the extension and dashboard), on our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure, preventing abuse, and improving Invoker), to comply with legal obligations, and on your consent where we ask for it (for example, optional integrations). Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance them against your rights and freedoms.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:
- Twitch — through its APIs and platform, as needed to run an extension;
- infrastructure providers — hosting and database providers (for example DigitalOcean) that run Invoker on our behalf;
- Discord — only when a creator connects a webhook, to deliver that creator’s alerts;
- authorities — where required to comply with law or a valid legal request.
6. Bits and payments
Twitch handles all Bits and payment processing. Invoker does not collect or store card or billing details. Where applicable, we only reference Bits transactions or entitlement metadata to run the relevant ritual flow.
7. Discord webhooks
A Discord webhook URL is treated as sensitive. If a creator saves one, it is stored securely. Creators can replace or remove their webhook at any time from the dashboard, and we never display a saved webhook URL back in full.
8. Data retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. You can request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]; some records may be retained where the law requires.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards and encrypt secrets where appropriate. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Invoker is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by Twitch in your region. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
11. International users
Invoker is operated with service providers in various countries, so your data may be processed in locations where those providers operate. Where such a transfer is subject to the GDPR or UK data protection law, we rely on an appropriate safeguard — such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (or the UK equivalent) or a valid adequacy decision.
12. Cookies and local storage
Invoker uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential purposes — keeping you signed in, securing requests, remembering preferences, and operating the extension and dashboard. We do not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking.
13. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. Creators can also manage much of their data directly from the dashboard. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
