Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Invoker is currently offered as a beta service. This document governs your use of that beta and may be updated as the product develops; your continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using Invoker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Invoker is operated by Thunder Bluff LLC.
2. The service
Invoker is a Twitch extension and creator dashboard for community callback rituals: viewers gather around an Invoke Stone, and creators are signalled that their community is waiting.
3. Relationship to Twitch
Invoker is not affiliated with or operated by Twitch. Your use of Twitch and any Bits remains subject to Twitch’s own terms and policies.
4. Accounts and authentication
The creator dashboard requires signing in with Twitch. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
5. Creator control
Creators configure their rituals — thresholds, ritual modes, and alerts — and always decide whether and when to go live or respond. Invoker does not act on a creator’s behalf.
6. Viewer participation
Viewers may join rituals and interact through the extension. Participating does not guarantee that a creator will respond or go live.
7. Bits and payments
Bits are handled entirely by Twitch; Invoker does not process payment card details. All Bits purchases, refunds, and platform entitlements are governed by Twitch’s policies. Where Bits features are enabled and available, ritual modes work as follows:
- Free Ritual — viewers gather with no Bits required.
- Seal After Live — viewers pledge intent first; Bits are only confirmed, according to the configured flow, after the creator goes live.
- Instant Power — an upfront Bits interaction, only if enabled and available.
8. No guarantees
Invoker does not guarantee that a creator will go live, that viewers will gather, that alerts will be delivered, or that any ritual will succeed.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- harass, abuse, or spam others;
- manipulate rituals or generate fake activity;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;
- misuse Discord webhooks or other integrations;
- use Invoker for any illegal purpose.
10. Creator responsibilities
Creators must comply with Twitch’s rules, configure rituals responsibly, and disclose how their rituals work to their community where appropriate.
11. Service availability
Invoker is a beta service. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable or interrupted at times.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security, or legal reasons, or to protect the service and its users.
13. Intellectual property
The Invoker name, brand, and software are owned by Thunder Bluff LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Invoker, we may use them to improve the service without any obligation or compensation to you.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thunder Bluff LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Invoker.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. General provisions
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Together with any policies referenced here, these terms are the entire agreement between you and Thunder Bluff LLC regarding Invoker.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
